The birth of a high quality beer mug is a delicate fusion of traditional craftsmanship and modern technology. Its production begins with raw material selection, where high-purity quartz sand and soda-lime feldspar are carefully chosen. After being melted at a high temperature of 1,600°C, craftsmen shape the glass using either the blowing or pressing technique. The blowing process relies on craftsmen blowing through glass tubes to control air bubbles, endowing the mug body with a transparent texture; the pressing process, on the other hand, uses precision molds to ensure the mug shape is neat and uniform.

After forming, the mug undergoes a 72hour gradient annealing process. Through slow cooling, internal stresses in the glass are eliminated — this is the core reason why beer mugs possess excellent high temperature resistance. The annealed mug body can withstand sudden temperature changes ranging from -20°C to 120°C, making it less likely to crack when filled with boiling hot beer or iced drinks, thus balancing practicality and safety.
